Course Overview:
This course is designed as a hands on workshop to give Managers and Supervisors of all sizes of organisations practical skills to:-
Gain a better awareness into OHS Legislation and other relevant laws and how it affects the employers duty of care and due diligence to direct employees and others ie. Contractors, visitors.
Assist in implementing a risk management program and understand the importance in relation to the OHS Management System.
Development of appropriate attitudes to enable supervisors to effectively manage health and safety in their areas of responsibility.
